Create your skincare ritual

Ana López, the founder of Unique Natural Cosmetics, will guide you on a journey towards holistic skin care. You will create and test the products necessary for your skincare ritual, adapted to your skin type, and you will learn how to include them in your routine to achieve an emotional state of connection and calm. We will put into practice emotional, physical and sensory self-care dynamics. You will get a pack with everything you need to perform your ritual at home.
Yoga and KAP with Lidia Casas

Yoga came as a way of escape and healing into Lidia's life and she was aware of the great benefits it brought her. That is why she decided to train as a teacher and dedicate herself fully to this wonderful philosophy of life. RYT500 Hatha and 100h Yin Yoga certified. In July 2021 she completed the KAP training with teacher Venant Wong, being one of the few facilitators in the world. Both practices have changed his life and the knowledge and wisdom that he has acquired is now shared and put at the service of others, always with the deepest love and respect.
Organic food

During the retreat, the presence of organic food will be essential to maintain harmony between body and mind and thus get closer to nature.

The event will take place at Cal Visó , located at Camí Ral, s/n, in Gaià, Barcelona .
